Roaster's Comments: This coffee is for the serious dark roast lovers. The Papua New Guinea beans selected for this roast handle heat very well and allow us to take this coffee darker than we would dare take most other specialty offerings. There is very little sweetness or acidity in this one, it is all dark roasted goodness.
