Roaster's Comments: Everything you would expect with a single origin Colombian, decaffeinated using the E.A method. These beans are specifically selected for their cup quality to ensure that they stay true to their fully caffeinated counterpart.
The E.A (ethyl acetate) decaffeination method is a special, natural process derived from fermented sugar. This solution of E.A then binds with the salts of the chlorogenic acid in the coffee, which facilitates the removal of the caffeine.
