Roaster's Comments: This carefully crafted blend combines the Central American and South American beans that we know and love so well with a thoughtfully chosen washed Rwandan bean to add floral and fruity notes with the acidity you would expect from a washed African coffee. The result is a light, mid-bodied, moderately acid cup that highlights the positive attributes of each of the components of the blend. This one is sure to quickly be a fan favorite.
