Roaster's Comments:  Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee begins with a premium single origin Colombian bean, aged for 30 days in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel. During this time, the beans absorb the complex aromas and subtle sweetness of the barrel—setting the stage for an unforgettable cup.

Once aged, the beans are roasted to a smooth medium profile, preserving their natural chocolate base while unlocking rich notes of vanilla, caramel, and liqueur. The result is a deeply aromatic, full-bodied brew that captures the bold spirit of bourbon without the alcohol—just pure, barrel-aged character in every sip.
