Roaster's Comments:  This blend is in collaboration with Roly Bois, a breeder specializing in isopods.  Roly Brew has been optimized for cold brew and is made up of various different green coffee depending on availability.  The result is a balanced cold brew with heavy earth tones and medium roast flavor.  While this blend can be used for hot coffee, we recommend brewing this coffee as a cold brew due to the roasting and post roast processing.
